As a national and regional resource centre, NCCE will provide Ukrainian universities with innovative programmes and courses It will also act as an incubator for starters in the area of creative business. It will establish sustainable collaborative relations with business partners and potential employers via guest lectures, workshops and stories of entrepreneurial success for the students. It will also organise annual competitions (festivals) for start-ups in Ukraine. The mechanism to achieve this objective is knowledge exchange. Over the past seven years, the staff at the two universities have established a mutual respect and understanding which will facilitate such exchanges.
New courses will be introduced: Softskills for entrepreneurs, Creative Leadership, Creative Thinking and Evalution. The online learning tools will be promoted and used to develop English speaking and writing skills, and an entrepreneurial consulting package will be developed for starters in the area of creative business.
